ECLS app for iPhone and iPad

This application is intended to collect data in patients suffering from refractory cardiac arrest or cardiogenic shock requiring extracorporeal life support (ECLS).

Three different situations are taken into account:
1) Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest,
2) In-hospital cardiac arrest,
3) Cardiogenic shock.

Data collection is divided in 3 sections:
1) before ECLS implantation,
2) follow-up during ECLS support, and
3) follow-up after weaning ECLS.

All data can be retrieved in csv and pdf format.
